IT ALL STARTED IN A COLLEGE GYM...

We’re Maddison & Connor — partners in life, movement, and now, MaddConscious.

(Get it? Maddison + Connor… MaddCon 😉)

We met at the gym over 10 years ago and first bonded over a shared love of fitness and cars. What started as a spark in our college weight room turned into a life of movement, mindfulness, and growth — side by side. Over the years, we’ve coached countless fitness classes together, but more importantly, we’ve built a lifestyle rooted in balance, energy, friendship, and presence.

MaddConscious is the lifestyle that fuels our souls and makes life feel abundant, healthy, and fun — and now, we’re sharing it with our community. A space where people come to fuel the soul, embrace the groove, and find connection through movement and breath.

From workouts to merch to moments of stillness, it’s all part of a MaddConscious life — and we’re so glad you’re here for it.

WE NEEDED A COMMUNITY - SO WE BUILT ONE.

In December 2023, we were going through a hard season — letting go of family ties and craving deep connection. So we opened up The Shop and invited friends to join us for a morning of meditation, Pilates, and a sound bath.

Twelve of our closest friends showed up. It was peaceful, powerful and made us feel so loved..

Right then and there, we decided: we're doing this every first Sunday.

Now, we’ve made more new friends than we can count, — and every month, we get to share this practice, our space, and love with our growing MaddConscious crew.

HIIT THE SHOP

From Side Hustle to Soul Family

MaddConscious started as a business idea — and became a home for

healing, growth, and connection.

MaddConscious was originally just a concept... a wellness-inspired merch line, a way to build something creative and aligned while generating passive income.

But the Universe had a bigger plan.

In the midst of personal grief, Maddison was navigating the pain of cutting ties with her parents. Searching for grounding and connection, she invited her closest friends to gather. On the first Sunday of December 2023, we pulled the cars out of our garage, laid down mats, turned the music up — and Pilates in The Shop was born.

Twelve friends showed up to move, breathe, and be present. And something clicked.

It wasn’t just a class. It was medicine.

Since then, MaddConscious has grown into so much more than a brand. It’s become our chosen family, our creative expression, and a container for healing and celebration. Even the red 1968 El Camino, Chuy, in our branding carries meaning — a car Connor built with his dad before losing him to suicide. It's a symbol of legacy, love, and the road we keep driving together.
