This week, we're excited to spotlight Dream wHERld, Michigan's largest Open Empowerment Conference and community helping women scale their businesses, expand their networks, and turn their “dream reality” into something tangible.

Dream wHERld connects women with businesses, resources, and other women across the country through its annual festival, online membership, coaching, and community. Its unique personality is summed up perfectly by its founder:

“Our vibe is very ‘Coachella meets Michelle Obama.’”

The business began unexpectedly after its founder closed her Michigan clothing store and wanted a new place to host events. She rented a hotel ballroom for a girls' day out, and when attendees began asking for speakers, food, and entertainment, she pulled it all together in just two weeks.

“It blew up. We had about 350 people RSVP and come buy tickets in two weeks, and everyone was like, ‘Well, when's the next one?’”

Today, Dream wHERld focuses on women who are ready to stop watching from the sidelines and start creating the lives they want.

“Those are my ‘I wish I could’ girls, because they can. I show them exactly how they can make that happen.”

Her connection with Sunshine Law Firm began through Instagram and a spontaneous trip to an Arizona event, where she met Madison. The two immediately connected, and Sunshine is now helping Dream wHERld protect its brand through trademarks as the business grows.

Looking ahead, Dream wHERld is shifting toward coaching and more intentional growth. And the message remains simple: “People can surprise themselves more than they think.”
