Kristen builds communities in the real estate space, including Moms in Real Estate, a podcast and Facebook group, and Hello Culture, a community where she coaches female entrepreneurs to build relationships and become more rooted in their local markets.

Her journey started somewhat unexpectedly. While working in real estate, Kristen began hosting events and having meaningful conversations with other professionals. She quickly noticed how many people felt lonely and started creating spaces where they could connect. Over time, that consistency grew into a large network and a business centered around community.

Kristen’s connection with Sunshine Law Firm came at an important moment. After meeting Haley Westefall, Kristen found herself in need of legal support when she received a trademark infringement notice. Sunshine Law Firm helped her navigate the situation and secure multiple trademarks for her businesses.

“I felt more established,” Kristen shared. “Now, looking back, I just feel secure. I know that no one can go and rip off what I’ve been building.”

Today, Kristen spends her weeks supporting female entrepreneurs through events, strategy calls, recruiting, and hands-on community building in Gilbert. She is also focused on expanding Hello Culture, which is currently in 39 cities, with a goal of reaching 100 cities within the next year.

At the heart of everything Kristen does is one belief: community matters.

“The power of connection and community, for sure,” she said. “It’s about who you know, being in community, and also creating community.”

And perhaps what she’s most proud of is building something that allows her to authentically be herself while serving others.
