For many people, therapy begins with understanding why they feel the way they do. But at Renew Education and Healing, insight is just the beginning.

As the owner of Renew Education and Healing, a private practice in Scottsdale, she works primarily with adults navigating trauma, addiction, infidelity, betrayal, and attachment wounds. Her passion lies in helping clients move beyond simply understanding their experiences and into true healing.

Her ideal client is someone who has already done the work of talking through their struggles but still feels stuck.

"They've probably been to therapy and tried different things. They've got good insight, but they still feel really stuck," she explains. "Insight is really helpful in giving us a head start, but it's not just about talking about change. It's about actually healing and integrating what they know into their system."

Before opening Renew Education and Healing, she worked in an inpatient setting, where the pace was intense and the work incredibly meaningful. While she loved helping people through crisis, she found herself drawn to what happens after patients leave.

"We would tell people inpatient, 'Your real work is going to start when you leave here.' I realized I wanted to be part of that work."

As she built Renew Education and Healing, she quickly realized she wanted every aspect of the practice to be as thoughtful and intentional as the care she provides. After being referred to Sunshine Law Firm by a fellow business owner, she connected with Madison.

"Contacting a lawyer was scary sounding for sure," she says with a laugh. "But Madison was just so approachable."

Looking ahead, she's expanding the ways Renew Education and Healing serves clients. Alongside her successful EMDR intensives, she's completing training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, allowing her to offer even more comprehensive care for clients whose healing journey requires deeper support.

Above all, she hopes every client leaves with one message:

"Healing is possible, but there's often not a quick fix. If you put in the work, it is possible."

It's a philosophy that reflects not only the work she does every day at Renew Education and Healing, but the hope she offers to every person who walks through her door.
